Paxon acted as financial and commercial adviser to Flinders University on the $1.5 billion Flinders Village project.

Flinders Village is a transformational $1.5 billion development at Flinders University’s Bedford Park campus. It will be the largest integrated health and education precinct in South Australia, adding economic value to the State and the nation.

The health and education precinct features up to 1,200 beds of student accommodation, an advanced Health Research facility, transitional health accommodation, a hotel and amenities such as retail facilities, benefitting students, staff and the community.

Flinders University sought to activate several land areas as part of the University’s broader vision and goals. Paxon worked with the University to develop the financial roadmap for the project, outlining the preferred procurement and investment strategies to deliver student accommodation and other aspects.
