Paxon acted as financial and commercial adviser to Housing ACT on potential models of private sector investment in their existing asset portfolio.

Paxon prepared a Primer that outlined the models for private sector involvement in the delivery of public and social housing estate renewals in the Territory.

Paxon undertook a high-level appraisal of each of the identified models on a qualitative and financial basis by reference to Housing ACT’s Ainslie Avenue Precinct, a public housing precinct requiring renewal.
