Paxon acted as financial adviser to the Department of Finance for the restoration and redevelopment of the Perth Concert Hall.
The redevelopment of the Perth Concert Hall will accommodate new facilities for the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO), rehearsal and storage space, as well as improve functionality and universal access to the stage.
The masterplan includes the surrounding Perth Concert Hall precinct and a revitalisation package.
Paxon wrote a streamlined business case that meets the needs of the State of WA, the City of Perth and the WA Symphony Orchestra.
