The Role

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have approximately 5 years' extensive experience in building bankable project finance models for PPPs, utilities and other infrastructure projects.
- Have experience building project finance models in the GCC.
- Be able to build bankable project finance models from end-to-end.
- Be familiar with project finance practice, custom and requirements in the GCC.
- Have relationships with potential clients and project finance banks.

The Role

The Bid and BD Adviser will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of competitive bids and tenders, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of high-quality proposals. The role will also support the BD activities of our GCC-based team in KSA, UAE, Oman and Qatar.
Experience in a professional services BD / Bids / Pursuits role in the GCC is essential, with Arabic language skills a strong advantage.
The role will have the opportunity to undertake BD activities across the GCC and Asia Pacific, including:
Tender Management
- Lead the full bid lifecycle, including bid planning, timelines, winning themes and bid management, including coordinating inputs from external partners for large consortia bids
- Write and submit high-quality, detailed tender responses in English and Arabic
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure timely coordination of clarifications and feedback as required
- Identify risks and apply mitigation strategies throughout the bid process
- Facilitate post-tender reviews to capture learnings and improve future submissions
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sector developments
- Support opportunity identification through research and analysis

Marketing & Communications
- Assist in developing and refining internal and external marketing materials

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience working in a similar role focused on the GCC, ideally within the professional services industry. Candidates with experience at the Big 4 or legal firms are encouraged to apply
