Paxon was engaged by Celsus to provide financial and commercial advice for the 800 bed new Royal Adelaide Hospital DBFM PPP.
nRAH is South Australia’s flagship and largest hospital, providing tertiary health care services and secondary care clinical services.
Paxon assisted the financing syndicate, comprising 8 equity providers and 28 senior lenders, with its restructuring of the transaction, negotiated to restructure the project documents, advised on matters necessary for a refinance of $3 billion of project finance, restructured performance regimes, including abatement models, and undertook financial modelling, including analysis and update of the project financial model.
