Paxon acted as commercial adviser to the Department of Corrective Services to develop future service delivery options provided under the Court Security & Custodial Services (CS&CS) Contract.
The existing $65 million per annum outsourced contract covered court security, prisoner movement and other custodial services.
Paxon undertook an assessment of the current contract and pricing and performance mechanisms to determine a commercial and contractual structure to deliver additional value to the State of Western Australia.
Paxon worked with stakeholders across the five Government agencies involved in the project
This was particularly important in the design of KPls for the contract which required knowledge of the service delivery priorities of each agency.
