Paxon acted as commercial and financial adviser to Health Support Services (HSS), the procurement arm of the WA Department of Health, to support the procurement of a new State-wide medical imaging system.
The procurement was a high-value and high-profile project, with input from clinical, technical and other stakeholders across the Department and hospitals.
A previous procurement for the medical imaging platform had failed to find a value for money solution that met clinical requirements.
