Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

- Client and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and delivery on client needs.
- Advisory leadership, assisting in providing infrastructure advice tailored to the Middle Eastern context.
- Financial arrangements and structuring, advising on the financial structuring of infrastructure projects, negotiating terms and collaborating with stakeholders to secure funding.
- Project feasibility and assessment, conducting financial analysis and identifying return-on-investment options.
- Financial modelling and analysis, developing advanced financial models and interpreting findings to support decision-making.

Skills and Experience

We welcome professionals with a range of experience levels, from Analysts to Directors. Key qualifications and skills include:

- Degree qualified in relevant fields such as Law, Commerce, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
- Advanced qualifications such as Masters or Honors degrees are highly regarded.
- Professional certifications such as CA, FINSIA, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build and interpret complex financial models.
- Excellent communication skills including business proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to navigate discussions to achieve desired outcomes.

- Business case development and feasibility studies including project scope development, strategic thinking to develop lines of enquiry, economic analysis, identification of investment objectives

- Extensive client and stakeholder communication, consultation and engagement
- Interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data that will be utilised to inform various stakeholder investment / financing decisions

As a Commercial Transaction Manager you will be focused on undertaking engagements delivering the following:

- Business case development and feasibility studies including project scope development, strategic thinking to develop lines of enquiry, economic analysis, project objectives and applications for capital project funding
- Transaction management and advisory services
- Project Communications and stakeholder engagement
- Structuring of projects and ventures, including commercial and financial structures
- Analysis and interpretation of data to inform decision making
- Commercial and strategic advice and strategy development
- Policy and process development
- Assessment of procurement and financing options
- Documentation and presentation of results

Requirements

As a Corporate Finance Analyst you will be focused on undertaking corporate finance engagements delivering the following:

- Financial modelling and analysis, including project finance and three-way financial model development
- Development of discounted cash flow analysis and derivation of discount rates for public and private sector financial modelling and assessment
- Interpretation and analysis of model findings aligned to client and project requirements
- Manipulate and analysis of large, complex datasets
- Application of methods of project financing and requirements for financing to financial model and report development
- Business case and feasibility study writing
- Assessment of procurement and financing options
- Structuring of projects and ventures, including commercial and financial structures and arrangements
- Provision of commercial and financial advice

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have between 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role. Candidates with degrees in Law, Commerce/Economics/Business and Engineering are encouraged to apply. CA/FINSIA or other equivalent qualifications will be highly regarded.
