Paxon acted as financial, commercial and procurement adviser to TAFE NSW for two new facilities planned for delivery in Western Sydney.
Paxon was engaged as part of a consortium to concurrently deliver two strategic business cases (SBCs) for the Western Sydney Construction Hub.
The new facility provides additional training capacity to support growth in trades requirements in the Western Sydney region, and the Specialised Advanced Training Centre, a high technology specialised centre planned for delivery within the Western City Aerotropolis zone.
Paxon delivered value to NSW TAFE through its financial input in the development of the SBCs.

Key Outcomes
Both strategic business cases were endorsed through the Gateway review process, with Infrastructure NSW recommending progression to a detailed business case.
Both SBCs were completed in compressed time frames, with the Specialised Advanced Training Centre strategic business case completed within two months.
