Paxon acted as commercial and financial adviser for Football West and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Culture for a new Home of Football in WA.
The WA State Government has pledged to build the State Football Centre in the City of Canning, with a value of over $16 million.
The facility will cater for all levels of football, from grassroots community programs to high-performance games and elite training.
Paxon’s final business case was endorsed by the Football West Board and Government stakeholders.

Key Outcomes
The business case was used as the basis of applications for Federal Government, FFA and private sector funding by Football West, as well as seeking funding through the State Government.
The project is now under construction and will form a key pillar in Australia hosting the next Women’s World Cup.
