Paxon acted as financial and commercial adviser to develop a business case for the Super Sciences Building at the Bentley Campus in Perth.
The Super Sciences Building is a $200 million capital investment, delivering a significant upgrade in size and quality of teaching and research spaces to support science-related courses across a number of faculties.
Paxon developed the business case which identified the benefits associated with the project and assessed the new building proposal against potential refurbishment or reduced scope options to demonstrate appropriate rigour in project development.
