Paxon worked with PowerHousing Australia to develop a scoping study into the potential to create a global asset class for affordable housing.
Paxon developed a report that focused on delivering social outcomes in social and affordable housing by potentially creating a global asset class for affordable housing.
This included funding and finance structuring advice, developing commercial principles and detailed options analysis involving consideration of the use of private capital markets in a public/private partnership model.
