Paxon acted as financial and commercial adviser to the Department of State Development for the Ord River project.

The project is a State Government initiative to increase the size of the Ord irrigation area to approximately 28,000 hectares of agricultural land.

Paxon provided the full array of financial and commercial advice including business case development, procurement options assessment, commercial principles and risk allocation, tender development and assessment, financial modelling, land and rental modelling, and negotiation assistance.
