Paxon acted as commercial adviser to the Department of Finance for the new WA Museum Boola Bardip across several stages of the project.
The Western Australian Museum is WA’s premier cultural institution, housing WA’s scientific and cultural collections.
The new WA Museum building is three times the size of the old museum and includes eight permanent galleries, a 1,000 square metre temporary exhibition gallery, a shop and a cafe.
Paxon provided financial and commercial advice on several stages of the project including assessing value for money for the State, the proposed financial structure for project, as well as identifying improvements in operating practice and financial outcomes.
