Paxon acted as financial and commercial adviser to develop a go-to-market strategy for a mixed-use development in Macquarie Park.
The transaction is valued at over $1 billion and includes the provision of approximately 43,000sqm of commercial property, residential property and the Macquarie Park Education Campus. The Macquarie Park Education Campus consists of a combined primary and secondary school and related facilities.
Paxon provided full end-to-end transaction management, financial and commercial advisory services on the project including developing the commercial principles, risk allocation and procurement strategy and documentation.
