Paxon acted as commercial and financial adviser to a party responding to the Fremantle Ports Container Terminal Request for Proposal.
Paxon was engaged to provide both bid management and development services, developing a program of deliverables to meet the project timelines and to coordinate inputs for the submission.
This included providing commercial advice, partnering assessment, advice on subcontractors, financial modelling and funding and procurement options analysis.
