Paxon acted as financial and commercial adviser to Transport for NSW as part of a business case for the redevelopment of the harbour at Eden in southern NSW.
Paxon provided input into commercial and financial elements of the business case including developing the operating model and financial appraisal for the project.
Paxon developed a comprehensive financial model considering the capital and operating costs of a new wave attenuator at Eden and the impact on commercial and recreational boating activity.
