Stage 3 of the Bunbury waterfront redevelopment looked to construct new breakwaters, deliver key marine infrastructure and marine servicing facilities, as well as upgrade existing marine facilities.
Paxon undertook independent analysis of the broader financial and economic benefits of the project, looking at factors beyond the immediate financial returns expected from the LandCorp development.
Paxon advised on the economic impact of the marina infrastructure development, private development of residential and commercial assets and direct operations of the marina.
